PhD in Atmospheric Physics (UAlg), MSc in Mechanical Engineering (IST). José L. Argaín is an assistant professor at University of Algarve, lecturing in Physics courses (General Physics, Thermodynamic, Experimental physics, Analytical Mechanics), Numerical Methods, Atmospheric Physics and Wind Energy. He has more than 17 years of research experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Atmospheric Physics. He has participated in several national and European projects, being coordinator of two national research projects. He is the author of several papers in SCI indexed peer reviewed journals and in conference proceedings. He has been member of Scientific committee of several national and international conferences. He was the supervisor of 1 PhD thesis and 4 MSc theses.
