Biotic and abiotic factors governing dune response to storm events

CIMA researchers Juan Luis Garzon Hervas, Susana Costas and Óscar Ferreira just published an article in the Earth and Surface and Processes Landforms journal focused on investigating the effect of biotic and abiotic factors on dune response to storm events in the Ria Formosa. This study was partially funded by the European Spatial Agency that provided high-resolution images through the Third Party Missions Program.
