1st Intermunicipal Congress of the Association Terras do Infante
The 1st Intermunicipal Congress of the Association Terras do Infante, fully dedicated to the sea,
and organized by the Association and the University of Algarve, was held last 23 march, in Lagos.
The day was filled with talks, debates, the inauguration of the exhibition “Mar Profundo Português”, and a ceremony in honour of Professor Mário Ruivo. At the Congress, Professor Maria João Bebianno presented a communication on the presence of plastic litter and microplastics in the sea.
