New research published by Susana Costas, Luisa Bon de Sousa and Katerina Kombiadou from CIMA, in collaboration with Juan Gallego-Fernández from the University of Seville, investigates how the long-term evolution of the shoreline and regional factors (e.g., wind intensity and precipitation) regulate the ecogeomorphic state of a coastal dune in South Portugal.
